THE Oasis Forum says it will petition the Constitutional Court to declare the continued constitutional reform process a nullity and contemptuous. The Forum says Bill 7 is being driven for narrow, partisan interest to bolster the chances of the UPND in the 2026 elections. Meanwhile, the Forum says it has relaunched the “Coalition Against Bill 7”, and that it will not participate in making submissions to the Technical Committee.
