HOME Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu says initial investigations into the attack on the President in Chingola have confirmed that the incident was orchestrated by individuals whose motives remain unknown. Mwiimbu has also confirmed that 13 individuals suspected of participating in the Chingola riots and arson are in custody and waiting to be charged.
