KITWE City Council has suspended operations at Praise Xin Casino, Restaurant and Guesthouse due to multiple public health violations. Council Public Relations Manager Mwaka Nakweti says the Chinese-owned business was found operating without the necessary compliance documents and experiencing a backflow of sewage from the inspection chamber through the food preparation and dishwashing areas.
