THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has formally warned and cautioned the Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Lusaka Alick Banda for his alleged unlawful possession of a Hilux from ZRA. Yesterday, Archbishop Banda appeared for questioning over his possession of a Hilux at DEC headquarters. Earlier, the Archbishop Banda held a mass at the Cathedral of the Child Jesus which was fully packed as Catholic members as well as political players turned out in large numbers to show solidarity to the bishop. The mass which lasted for an hour and half included a sermon by Archbishop Banda and eating of holy communion.
