PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has assured citizens that government is dealing with the “secret” police recruitment which many stakeholders have raised concern. The Head of State has warned citizens not to listen to politicians who “mismanaged the economy”, adding that a “crocodile will always be a crocodile”.
