POLICE have refuted claims that lawyers representing Brian Mundubile and Makebi Zulu were not informed that their clients would be transported to Solwezi to take plea on sedition charges. On Friday, Mundubile and Zulu were transported from Mukobeko Maximum Security Prison in Kabwe to the Solwezi Magistrates’ Court to take plea on sedition charges. However, the matter could not take off and was adjourned to October 5.
