VICE-President Mutale Nalumango has appealed to Northern Province chiefs to help President Hakainde Hichilema in uniting the country, following the August general elections. Vice-President Nalumango says government is aware that some citizens may feel disappointed with the outcome of the just ended election, but stresses that political differences should never break traditions that bind the nation together.
