PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has fired Deputy Inspector General of Police in charge of Administration Charity Munganga, according to sources within the police command. The sources confirmed Munganga’s removal yesterday, amid speculation that more changes could be made within the Zambia Police Service.
