UNIVERSITY of Lusaka Chancellor Dr Caleb Fundanga says government needs to be appreciated for creating an enabling environment for institutions to invest in the provision of quality education. And Education Minister Douglas Syakalima has urged graduates to contribute to the economic growth of the nation by being innovative. Speaking during the 10th graduation ceremony at the Silverest Campus in Chongwe district, Friday, Dr Fundanga said it was clear that government was determined to transform the economy, create wealth and jobs in numerous sectors.
