ENERGY Minister Peter Kapala says the TAZAMA pipeline will only be transporting diesel because it is not adequate to carry the required volumes for both diesel and petrol. And Kapala has assured local transporters that they will not be knocked out of business as a result of the re-configuration of the pipeline.
