FINANCE Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane says the National Assembly authorised the borrowing of K33.3 billion towards the 2024 national budget, arguing that government will continue borrowing as it can’t just abruptly stop. And Dr Musokotwane says the delayed debt restructuring process will not have consequences on the implementation of the 2024 budget.
