GOVERNMENT has disclosed that China Jiangsu will begin the process of shipping plant equipment for the prefabricated housing material factory to be set up in Zambia after February. Minister of Infrastructure, Housing Urban and Development Charles Milupi says government is focused on tackling the country’s housing deficit which is estimated at 1.5 million units.
