MINISTRY of Local Government and Rural Development Permanent Secretary Maambo Hamaundu says the 2023 Constituency Development Funds (CDF) that were not utilised have not bent sent back to the central government. Hamaundu says standard procedure calls for money that has not been utilised to be sent back to the central government, but explained that CDF is being treated as a special case, therefore the funds remain available to the constituencies.
