LUSAKA High Court judge Charles Kafunda has granted PF leave to appeal against his decision to dismiss a case in which the former ruling party was claiming damages over the alleged intimidation and harassment of its members by DEC. This is according to an ex-parte order granted recently. “Upon hearing counsel for plaintiff and upon reading the affidavit filed in support of ex-parte summons for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeal, it is hereby ordered and directed that leave to appeal against the ruling dated June 8, 2022 be and is hereby granted.
