LCK Freedom Foundation and Chapter One Foundation have filed an application for judicial review in the High Court seeking to challenge government’s decision to table and process 77 Bills before the National Assembly within a nine-day period. The two organisations are seeking an order to stay the tabling and processing of the 77 Bills and declare the decision to process the Bills within the compressed timeframe unlawful and irrational.
