CHIEF Government Spokesperson Chushi Kasanda says former president Edgar Lungu shunned the launch of the Kenneth Kaunda Wing at Mulungushi International Conference Centre because he is still bitter with everything around him. But PF acting secretary general Nickson Chilangwa says Lungu made the right decision to shun the event because he would have been embarrassed.
