FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says as at Tuesday, government received 128,042 job applications for the 2022 Census. And Dr Musokotwane says just like the teacher recruitment, the recruitment process for the 2022 Census would be based on merit. Speaking in Parliament, Tuesday, Dr Musokotwane said 128,042 applications were broken down as 109,994 Enumerators/Supervisors and 18,048 Zonal Coordinators. “Madam Speaker, I therefore, appeal to the Honourable Members of Parliament to encourage youths in your respective constituencies to apply for the census jobs.
