MINISTER of Green Economy and Environment Collins Nzovu has urged African governments to uphold the rights of local people for the promotion of good governance and equity in the management of protected areas and resources. According to a statement issued by the ministry, Friday, the minister was speaking during the Africa Protected Areas Congress in Rwanda. “Honourable Nzovu has arrived in Kigali, Rwanda to attend the first Africa Protected Areas Congress (APAC) which is being held from 18th to 23rd July 2022 in Kigali.
