PRESIDENTIAL Spokesperson Anthony Bwalya says during one of the Cabinet meetings, Ministers proposed an increment in their salaries but President Hakainde Hichilema looked them in the eyes and told them “it’s never happening”. And Bwalya says Zambians should trust President Hichilema’s judgement because decisions are made based on information which has reached him. Meanwhile, Bwalya says while the President sympathises with ordinary people, it will take time for citizens to start living well due to the country’s difficult background.
