UPND secretary general Batuke Imenda says he is ready to face Economic Front leader Wynter Kabimba in court over the ZAF helicopter he allegedly used to fly to Kasama free of charge. Kabimba recently gave Imenda a one-week ultimatum to provide proof of payment for the ZAF helicopter he used to fly to Kasama during President Hakainde Hichilema’s tour of Northern Province. Kabimba said if Imenda failed to provide proof of payment, his party would commence a legal process against him to compel him to pay because it was government property.
