GOVERNANCE activist Rueben Lifuka has questioned what criteria the Ministry of Agriculture used to single source six suppliers of fertiliser for the 2022/2023 Farmer Input Support Programme. And Lifuka has called on the UPND government to clean up the whole fertiliser procurement system and to review the process.
