THE Zambezi River Authority (ZRA) says the load shedding that the country is currently facing will come to an end in February. And the Authority says it will not allow utility companies to overuse the water allocated to them. Meanwhile, President Hakainde Hichilema says he will speak to his Zimbabwean counterpart President Emmerson Mnangagwa to discuss the way around the situation at Kariba Dam.
