PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema’s Political Advisor Levy Ngoma says the UPND administration will not shy away from working on areas where people think it needs to improve. Commenting on concerns raised by some stakeholders with regards to governemnt’s communication strategy, Ngoma said government takes into account constructive criticism. “We are not shy in areas where people are saying ‘can we improve on that one’?
