HOUSE of Chiefs chairperson senior Chief Nkula says traditional leaders are insisting on meeting the President because traditional ceremonies don’t provide a platform for a detailed discussion. President Hakainde Hichilema’s Political Advisor Levy Ngoma recently assured that the Head of State would soon be meeting the House of Chiefs to discuss various national matters. He, however, said the President had already met a number of traditional leaders while attending traditional ceremonies.
