HOUSE of Chiefs chairperson senior Chief Nkula says traditional leaders are insisting on meeting the President because traditional ceremonies don’t provide a platform for a detailed discussion. President Hakainde Hichilema’s Political Advisor Levy Ngoma recently assured that the Head of State would soon be meeting the House of Chiefs to discuss various national matters.
