THE Chinese Embassy in Lusaka says the United States of America should deal with its own indebtedness and stop “sabotaging” other countries’ efforts to solve their debt problems. And the Embassy has charged that the United States is not qualified to make “groundless accusations” around debt against other countries, out of selfish interests.
