MWANSABOMBWE PF member of parliament Kabaso Kapampi says Cholera broke out about three weeks ago in his constituency, claiming that a number of people have since died. But Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary for Technical Services Professor Lackson Kasonka has maintained that no deaths have been recorded in the district. On Monday, Health Minster Sylvia Masebo announced that Mwansabombwe District had only recorded seven Cholera cases without any fatalities.
