PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says his administration is not in competition with the Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), the Church, traditional leaders or the opposition but views them as partners. And Transparency International Zambia Chapter president Sampa Kalungu has urged government to provide space to the CSOs to challenge it on certain issues.
