THE Prisons Care and Counseling Association (PRISCCA) says many people are suffering in prison, and it can, therefore, not support calls for the pardoning of Katele Kalumba, as an individual. Various people, who include Dr Kalumba’s wife and former members of parliament have appealed to President Hakainde Hichilema to consider pardoning the incarcerated former Finance minister who recently started serving his five-year jail term, due to his ill health.
