ANTI-Corruption Commission (ACC) Board Chairperson Musa Mwenye has questioned why it’s difficult for public officers to declare their assets, further wondering why declarations are not lodged with the commission. And Drug Enforcement Commission Assistant Director, Anti Laundering Unit Lillian Mubialelwa says the Commission does not carry out investigations in public because “criminals are clever”.
