PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says he has encouraged his Finance and Infrastructure Ministers to sue Munir Zulu because he is a “mischievous individual who tries to destroy innocent people”. The President further says he has fired three Permanent Secretaries, while about 20 sitting civil servants have been indicted under his regime as a way of fighting corruption.
