SMALL Scale Farmers Development Agency (SAFADA) director Boyd Moobwe says the Food Reserve Agency’s (FRA) decision to buy soya beans at K6 per Kilogram is disappointing. Recently, FRA Board Chairperson Kelvin Hambwezya announced that the agency would be buying soya beans, this marketing season, at K6 per kilogram once it put resources in order.
