GOVERNMENT has described as unfounded claims by Socialist Party leader Fred M’membe that there was foreign influence in the SADC Electoral Observation Mission (SEOM) preliminary report on recent elections in Zimbabwe. And Foreign Affairs and International Relations Minister Stanley Kakubo says personal attacks on President Hakainde Hichilema in relation to the SEOM report on the Zimbabwe elections are premature and unfounded.
