CHIEF Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa says former president Edgar Lungu has a lot of money in Zambia, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. And Mweetwa says Lungu is ungrateful, arguing that citizens would prefer he is behind bars for all the atrocities he committed during his tenure.
