THE Media Owners Association of Zambia (MOAZ) has expressed concern that many media houses are struggling to secure advertising revenue from government agencies. And the association says government’s failure to effectively implement the Access to Information Law by issuing the necessary statutory instrument means that citizens cannot benefit from it.
