PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says he would rather experience a flood than have drought because he has seen what it has done to food and energy security. Speaking during the funeral service for former deputy secretary to the Cabinet, Professor Benjamin Mweene, Monday, President Hichilema said the country prayed for rains and God answered the prayers, saying people should not complain. “As government we salute Professor Mweene for his unwavering loyalty, commitment, hard work and selfless service to the country.
