LUSAKA Lawyer Jonas Zimba says the UPND government cannot withdraw Bill 7 because it’s their political lifeline. On the other hand, Chapter One Foundation says attempting to proceed with Bill 7 undermines the authority of the Constitutional Court’s judgement.
