VICE-President Mutale Nalumango says there is an indication that the country may experience floods, disease outbreaks and pest infestations during the upcoming rainy season, stating that this calls for investment in resilience-building. The Vice-President notes that the country should invest in resilience-building that protects lives and safeguards development gains, as opposed to spending huge sums of money on disaster response.
