POLICE spokesperson Rae Hamoonga has announced that he has left his role as Public Relations Officer to take up a new assignment as Police Commissioner for Western Division. Hamoonga says serving in the public relations office was one of the most fulfilling experiences of his career, which gave him the privilege of working with many people who made every challenge worthwhile.
