THE Road Transport and Safety Agency has urged political party supporters and all road users to exercise responsibility and adhere to traffic laws during and after the election campaign period. In a statement, Monday, RTSA Head of Public Relations Chilufya Mwelwa noted that election periods were often characterised by increased movement of people and vehicles and heightened public activity on the roads.
