PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has urged electorates to protect their vote on August 13, warning that the opposition is plotting to “fidget” with the process because they know they will lose. President Hichilema adds that he is the “Chief Spy” and therefore knows what the opposition is discussing once they lose.
