CITIZENS First president Harry Kalaba says the UPND’s decision to deny citizens the chance to “validate” the presidential election while allowing its MPs to challenge parliamentary results exposes expediency over principle. Kalaba claims he has received “credible” information suggesting a plan to abduct his Mafinga South MP Faith Munthali. In a Facebook post, Friday, Kalaba said Zambia must not be allowed to regress into a system where the rule of law is applied selectively.
