THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has arrested a District Health Planner over a K50,000 conflict of interest, involving a company owned by his friend. Investigations reveal that Nicodemus Kalasani failed to disclose his indirect pecuniary interest of K50,000.00 in Sahmilz Investments Limited. The Commission further established that the owner of the said company is a friend of Kalasani, and that the company remitted money into his bank account following each successful contract.
