LUANGENI Independent member of parliament Moses Moyo says President Hakainde Hichilema’s governance system has attracted a lot of interest in Zambia and beyond. And Moyo, who is also the Second Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, says his constituency has drilled 152 boreholes and constructed six clinics in just two and half years.
