ZAMBIA Must Prosper president Kelvin Fube Bwalya says the new cyber laws should strike a balance between regulating the cyberspace and preserving freedom of expression. In a statement, Sunday, Bwalya said while it was crucial to protect citizens from cyber threats and harassment, there was need to ensure that the regulations did not stifle online discourse or creativity.
