HOME Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu says it is irresponsible for leaders like Dr Fred M’membe to encourage criminality. On Wednesday, Socialist Party leader, Dr M’membe, posted on his page that when people stoned someone, it meant that they were not happy with that person. He noted that leaders needed to introspect and stop insulting the youths in Chingola.
