ZIKE Soko, founder of U-Link Ventures, has accused the government and State House advisor Jito Kayumba of “illegally adopting” and implementing his patented U-Link initiative, which he claims has been redesigned into the Imisepela Jobs Application. Soko claims that he had earlier engaged government with his proposal for the adoption of the application but was surprised to learn that State House had gone ahead to launch the project without his knowledge or involvement.
