THE case in which former Matero PF MP Miles Sampa is charged with a cybercrime relating to his “fake polling station” post on social media failed to take off yesterday, as he was reportedly unwell. In this matter, Sampa is charged with one count of using a computer or computer system for offences contrary to Section 20 of the Cyber Crimes Act No. 4 of 2025 of the Laws of Zambia.
