POLICE have launched investigations into a video circulating on social media, showing a woman being physically assaulted by a man. Meanwhile, police in Eastern Province have arrested 30-year-old Rabson Phiri of Chipata District for insults and hate speech targeted at Tongas and Lozis. In a statement, Friday, Police Public Relations Officer Godfrey Chilabi said the conduct depicted in the video of a man abusing a woman is a matter of serious concern, as it appears to endanger the safety and well-being of the victim.
