TRANSPORT and Communications Minister Mutotwe Kafwaya has signed a regulation to amend the night travel ban. In a brief interview, Kafwaya said PSV buses would now start to travel at 04:00 hours until 22:00 hours. “Today [Thursday], as I end my tour of duty, my last task has been to amend the PSV night ban by reducing it by two hours in the following manner; whereas starting travel was permitted at 05:00 hours, it has now been brought to 04:00 hours.
