PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema’s Finance and Investments advisor Jito Kayumba says the Head of State still does not collect his salary as he prefers to divert it to charitable endeavours. Last week, President Hichilema gave marketeers along Tokyoway K100,000 to help boost their businesses. The amount will be treated as a revolving fund for people who trade along Tokyo Way from Mosi-O-Tunya traffic lights to Community House in New Kasama area where the Head of State resides.
